Fluxless reflow oven - acid gas oven

Heller's acid gas furnace uses acid gas (HCOOH) to achieve fluxless welding and provides real-time acid concentration curves. The oxygen content is less than 10ppm. It has excellent welding effects and optimizes the process flow without the need for flux cleaning.
