Siemens SMT machine X4i is mainly used in the SMT production of MID, smartphone motherboards, smart digital electronics, and consumer products.

(1) Highly modular to meet various needs

SIPLACE X series placement machines can handle different products with their superior characteristics and IRF3205PBF's wide component placement range to meet the different needs of customer production. SIPLACE X series placement machines support high-precision and ultra-high-speed 20-nozzle collection and placement heads.  

Starting from software version 703.xx, all X-series placement machines are equipped with the newly developed SIPLACE MultiStar placement head. MultiStar placement head (CPP head for short) has higher placement speed and flexibility.

(2) SIPLACE four-track transmission system

The four-track conveyor system allows four different products to be produced simultaneously on one line. It can be configured for single, dual or four-rail use via software. The SIPLACE four-track transmission system can be configured in SIPLACE X4i and SIPLACE X4

(3) 01005 placement function

   As standard, the SIPLACE X series is designed for 01005 components and also offers nozzles developed for 01005 components. 01005 components can be mounted independently next to large components with minimum spacing.
